Refund Policy

At Physio movement , we aim to provide a fair and transparent Refund Policy that protects both our clients and our therapists. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy - the basics

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge as long as at least 24 hours’ notice is given. If you cancel within the required timeframe, any pre-paid fees will be fully refunded or transferred to a future appointment, depending on your preference.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund. This is because the time has been reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations cannot usually be filled.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend their appointment and has not informed us in advance. No-shows are charged at the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund.

For mobile appointments, if the physiotherapist arrives at the confirmed location and is unable to gain access or the client is not present, this will also be treated as a no-show.

Late Arrivals (Client)

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments run on time. The full session fee still applies, and refunds will not be issued for reduced treatment time resulting from late arrival.

Late Arrival (Physiotherapist)

If our physiotherapist arrives late, you will receive the full length of your session, and additional time will be added to ensure you receive the complete treatment duration you have paid for. If extending the session is not possible due to scheduling constraints, you will be offered:

  • A partial refund based on the lost treatment time, or

  • A credit towards your next appointment.

We aim to communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Therapist Cancellations

If we must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at the next available time. You will never be charged for cancellations initiated by us.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel at short notice due to an emergency, please contact us immediately. Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
